I want to shed about 10 kilos more or less but I also want to do this realistically, not with any hard to follow or fad diets.. I train in muay thai & you have to b quiet lean and muscely with this sport & it is a good workout too.. But I havent lost any weight in the 2.5 months I have been doing it, so now has come the point to adjust my diet.. any input if I am doing anything wrong or helpfull hints would be great!!
at the moment my daily diet consists of (I have been doing this for a week.. hopefully it will work)
brekky - bran or wheetbix (x2) with skim milk & a banana and honey to sweeten, or baked beans or honey on wholemeal toast .. weekends - eggs on toast..
Snack - an Apple or watermelon or both
Lunch - small tin of tuna (or chicken peices), small container of lettuce, 1 carrot, ...& meal replacement bar (if still hungry)
snack - small yoghurt.
Dinner - Grilled or baked chicken or seafood or steak with salad & 1 potato.. salad does include avacado, cashews & legumes)
