I'm terrified.

For the last few weeks, I've been eating, and I've been throwing my food back up.

Some have told me that I could be diabetic.

Is this true? If it's a sign that diabetes is on its way, is there any way to stop it? What should I do if this IS a sign of diabetes?

P.S. I am 13 years young.

What would happen if I stopped eating?
Should I cut down on the amount and proportions of food I eat?

Go see a Dr and get a blood test... It'll help ease your worry. I've not heard that being a symptom... but only a Dr can tell you for sure.

Just throwing up food is not a sign of diabetes. If your bloodsugar is high enough you will feel sick all the time and often won't be able to keep anything down. You will also be very thirsty all the time and will urinate a lot. Other signs include tiredness, blurry vision, numbness, and tingling, The only way to know if you are diabetic is to see a doctor and have your bloodsugar checked. Everyone should have their bloodsugars checked periodically. Diabetes is on the rise. To the point of being an epidemic in some areas. It is not something to mess with. It is a leading cause of blindness, kidney failure, amputations, and heart disease. It can be controlled with medication, diet, and exercise. Do yourself a favor and get tested.

Throwing up your food is not a sign of diabetes. If you are truely having problems with emesis after eating often you need to get this checked out at the docs office.
