1. no. it is a bunch of malarky that caught on about 15 years ago and then was disproven via actual blind medical testing.
2. heck no! why would a magnet bracelett elongate your arm or any of your other limbs?
3. i THINK it is true that each living thing has a little bit of magnetic force, but not enough to offset it in any way by wearing magnetic bracelets or by sleeping on magnetic mattresses. this idea for mattresses made some cranks some good money many years ago because they said it would alleviate body pain. however that was proven to be a huge hoax. i do not think such mattresses or even magnetic mattress PADS are sold anymore.
4. two positive, or two negative, magnetic forces will repel one another. one positive and one negative maget will stick together.

Magnetic bracelet is not for blood circulation. They actually make you physically stronger. Yes, that I can prove. There are ways to demonstrate the effect immediately after wearing it. I'm a high blood pressure patient and I can guarantee that will not help you with blood circulation. After I switch back to the one with ionizer (not magnetic), I no longer need to take my pills every morning. This bracelet is normally worn by golfer. You can get one at any golf store. Nowadays people are wearing those bracelets for fashion purpose only. The right way of wearing the bracelet is to wear it tightly against your skin and not loosely.

Bio Magnetics, treatment for the human body using magnetic therapy, was first recorded by the Chinese in circa 3000 BC. It is found in most civilizations throughout human history around the world. BioMagnets have been found to help relieve Carpal Tunnel, Tendonitis, Toothache, Headache, Backache, Arthritis, knee, (or other joint) injuries, sore or knotted muscles.
By using a proper magnetic field, the electrical condition of the specific problem area of the body can be manipulated into a healing attitude. Forcing the electro-bio-chemical activity of the cells to assume a high-energy, healthy circuiting, Biomagnetics can help the body return to proper health known as Homeostasis.
Most manufacturers advertise their magnets’ internal gauss ratings instead of their surface gauss ratings. However, the actual gauss at the skin’s surface is much lower than the internal gauss rating. So, in our example above, a magnet rated at 45,000 internal gauss may have a surface strength of only 2,200 gauss.
The penetration of a biomagnet’s field is dependent on both its gauss and size: Length, width, and depth. So, the field penetration of a small biomagnet with a high gauss rating may equal that of a much larger magnet with a low gauss rating. The earth’s ½ gauss field extends far because of the earth’s large size.
More power = more energy = more depth of penetration.

The only thing I know that actually works is magnetic therapy does help broken bones heal faster and this has been tested and proven. No, they don't know why. Yes, all cells in a living body have a magnetic force. I have wondered myself about the testimonials about the copper bracelets helping arthritis. I've learned never to scoff.........but be wary of claims. After all, it wasn't until a few years ago that the Western medical establishment could really see that meditation does have positive physiological effects. Remember that the Chinese understood blood circulation long before the Western world discovered it.

Not only is there no evidence that magnets do anything at all, the fact that people have been trying for more than a hundred years to cure things or improve things without any success at all tends to disprove that they work.
