im a swimmer too. swim everyday but it doesnt seem to do anything.

I would not try to lose weight. You are a great size for your frame. My legs were very muscular when I was 16 and I weighed about 115. Certain parts of your body are hard to change. You may want to just sculpt them. Try leg and glute exercises. You will then have some really nice to envy legs. The personal trainer at the gym recommended overal toning for a better effect and not spot sculpting. But just eat normally, making sure your body gets what it needs. Do not diet. Just eat right and exercise at least 3 to 4 times a week for a maximum of 45 mins at a comfortable pace. You can eat 3 normal meals a day with 3 snacks. And make sure you drink at least 8 to glasses of water a day.

maybe u should do some jogging or riding a bike(thats helps a lot). My said when she was 15, she lose about 20lbs in the summer by riding her bike daily. U can do that. But omg u must be skinny. I'm like 5'4 and i'm 130lbs!! I wish my legs were really skinny!

You are perfect sized and don't need to lose weight at all! Unfortunately we can't control where and how our weight is distributed: It's genetic. You probably just need to tone your legs. I would suggest swimming and cycling along with Pilates focusing on the legs. Good luck!

Do Yoga.

It isn't the fastest way to lose weight, but eventually, your legs will get skinniner, and it's really healthy for your body and your mind, too!

I think the Eagle pose and the Awkward pose are for losing weight in legs...

my goodness dear,you sound like you got a very sexy body.your not fat,but if you think so,maybe you could ride a bike,it will give your legs a work out.
