any good health food store will carry bulk red raspberry leaf in their bulk herb dept. this is the cheapest way to buy it as it is sold by the ounce and is very light. to brew use 1 HEAPING tbsp per 6-8 oz. of boiling water and let steep 5-8 min add honey if desired. use a tea infuser or tea po twith strainer.
EVEN EASIER: a company called Traditional Medicinals makes red rasp. tea bags :) avail. at most natural food stores in tea aisle
ALWAYS check with your midwife or medical practitioner before using herbs during pregnancy, please!
(red rasp. usually is not recommended in the 1st trimester)

What a shame you have to buy it. Wild raspberry bushes grow everywhere in North America and I have lots of dried leaves, which I always give away. I even have a wild raspberry that arrived by itself in my downtown backyard, where it produces delicious berries and this year spread too much, right into the lawn.

Can you find some next year growing in the country? Herbologists believe leaves are at their most medicinal just prior to fruiting, so that would be in June. Dry them in brown paper lunch bags, or in a big paper grocery bag if you find a lot. Shake the bag every day and turn it over, to aerate the drying leaves and make sure mold doesn't develop.

In the meantime, they're widely available in commercial packages in health food stores and some grocery stores.

Raspberry leaf tea is said to strengthen the longitudinal uterine muscles, so many cultures, from First Nations in North America to north Europeans, traditionally offer it to pregnant women. It's also praised for its ability to relieve PMS.

As is common with dark-green-leaved wild plants, the leaves are chock full of valuable minerals and vitamins. The minerals will dissolve in the tea if you infuse it long enough, although the vitamins A and C will partially be destroyed by the boiling water. Raspberry leaves produce an astringent tea, that is, tea that will have a very slight drying effect on tissue, so I wouldn't take this every single day. A week on, a week or more off, something like that.

Good luck with finding the tea in stores now, and the leaves in the country next summer.

there is a lady on ebay who sells herbs. She picks the herbs herself so they are the genuine thing not just flavoured teas. If you look under community & type in "accolent" you might find her. Too much raspberry tea can induce labor.
