One month isn't long enough to see real results when you are in your 20's. (Generally 6 weeks.) I suspect that it will take a bit longer for the 45 plus crowd. That being said, keep a realistic visual goal in your head. After a certain age, skin does not bounce back and some cellulite will remain, even for a hardcore health nut. It is more important to love the feeling of actually being healthy than to try to fit ourselves to an unrealistic image. Less discouragement equals long term health benefits.
Keep it up sister!!

Assuming you have had children, it is nearly impossible to have a flat stomach. Reason being that pregnancy stretches tissue at a whole lot of levels, eg the skin, connective tissues, muscles, ligaments, etc.
You can work out all you want, it will not repair the damaged tissue, I promise you.
The only "solution" is a tummy tuck. However, this will leave you with a hip to hip scar.

You are probably not noticing it, because it's you. You should see some loosening of the waistband soon, if not now. Walking alot of bending and stretching of all of the abdominal muscles will help tighten the muscles as well as continue to remove flabbiness. Talk with your doctor and make sure the diet you are on is consistant with the calories you are burning, and that you are not creating health related problems.

Not in just a month. Most exercise plans recommend at least 6 weeks before you start to see results. Keep going!

just stick with it,you dont want to loose it too fast,or it could kill you.just watck what you eat and exercise.the only thing that feeds fat is more fat,so sooner or later it has to leave if you dont put more fat back in.
