I prefer the morning because (i know it's stupid) all the bad people sleep in and i wont get attacked. If i run in the afternoon or night the bad people are awake. :)

A lot of people say it's best to work out in the morning when you get up b/c it revs up your metabolism for the rest of the way. Personally, i like to work out in the evening b/c i am not a day person. Plus I work nights, so in reality, I do exercise once i wake up. Regardless of when, do it at a time when you feel good and energetic, or just whenever you have the time. It all beneficial no matter what kind of schedule you are on..

In the MORNING! If you work out at night, you'll have a hard time falling asleep because your body is still active.
Working out in the morning will help you wake up and start the day.

The morning is better because it revs up your metabolism for the whole day so what you eat is burned better.
Exercise also produces "feel good" endorphins which also are natural stress relievers. You will be able to face your day with a better outlook and actually be more mentally alert.

Preferably in the morning - That way you'll have oxygen pumping to you brain (you'll be more focused throughout the day) and you'll eat afterwards (which means your workout will be more effective since protein in your food will help your muscles recuperate). But don't workout too hard in the morning, or you'll be sore or tired all day...

I prefer night because your body is already tring to get into the cycle or relaxing which helps you recover from your workout faster and you get better results but either way works.

Both. Work out in the morning to set your metabolism for the day and wake up and work out at night so that your dinner is digested and your metabolism is kept in check.

i think in the morning. doing exercise in morning will boost up your energy level for the rest of the day. and if you exercise at night, it will make your muscles more active during sleep, and you might not have a good sleep.

The morning is better. You will sleep better that way, plus you burn more calories through out the day that way. Check out bodybuilding.com for great info like that and other health stuff.
