You see for a while now, ive had these nodules/balls on my body. the biggest one is very noticable, its on my left forearm. it bumps out atleast an inch off my arm. there are a few others. tiny one on my right arm, not noticable. couple in my back, one in my stomach on the left side, one on my right thy.... the doctor says its probably harmless fat nodules (he had a name for them i dont remember, id like to know what they are called). i was wondering if anyone knows what they are, and if there is a natural way to get rid of them? i might have to undergo surgery...

I believe what you are describing is called a "lipoma," which is a harmless fat tumor. You could just leave them as they are (my mother has had one on the side of her belly for at least ten years), but since yours are in more obvious areas you may want to have them removed surgically. Sorry, I do not believe there is any natural way to get rid of them.

How does he know without having a biopsy on them what they could possibly be?
First thing that comes to mind are those benign tumours...I can't recall the name of the disease but it's also known as elephantitis...which is a terrible reference to it..but basically it's when tumours form anywhere and everywhere. But it might not be that. I don't like the sound of nodules forming on their own like that. If they were cysts that is one thing...I would think a doctor would want a proper diagnosis of what it is, but I know things don't always work that way in the US medical system.
I hope somebody can give you a better answer than this but keep researching on the net if nothing else.
I don't want to say cancer and get you all panicked...but lymphoma jumps out at me...where lymph nodes swell up...but if you haven't had any symptoms (night sweats, fevers, etc) then it could be something odd and rare and perhaps very benign after all.
This is all I could find but maybe it's something like this....which is harmless...

these fat nodules you describe are called lipomas. they're benign and usually are a sign of excess fat storage underneath your skin. you do not necessarily have to be overweight to have lipomas; it just depends on our genetics. some people are more prone to lipomas than others. unfortunately, there is no natural way to get rid of them, though, if you are a little on the heavier side, you can try to exercise and lose fat. then less fat will be stored in the lipomas. surgery is also an option, but docs usually don't perform surgery on lipomas unless they're painful. however since yours seem to be large, they may be able to remove them.

sounds like fatty cysts to me. they ususally are totally harmless and won't adversely affect your health. in fact, everyone has between 6-8 of them, but not everyone has them visible. i have 7 that i have found and am planning on getting at least 2 removed. they bother me every once in a while but i would rather just get rid of them. anyway, as far as getting them removed, the only problem with that is there is a chance they will grow back if they are surgically removed. thats pretty much the only way to get rid of them. and getting them surgically removed is not that big of a deal and is actually a very common procedure.

Well basketball is NOT that good for cardio because your always stopping and going. Take up jogging its much better since your doing it non stop. Make sure the jog is not to easy also since you probably can jog for 30 minutes at a time. I would cut back on your calories just a bit and you dont need protein trust me i dont take protein and i gain muscle just fine. We get LOTS of protein in the foods we eat. Mostly everything has protein in it. Most of my diet is complex carbs to fuel my body during intense exercises.

I don't know either but I think their fairly common. I have a small one on my head under my hair. The doctor didn't seem concerned at all, and said I could have it removed if I wanted. It's just and outpatient procedure done in the office.

Lipoma is a harmless tumor. Very often they occur at multiple sites. Surgery is needed if you are inconvenienced.
