Absolutely! Proper strength training, nutrition, and cardio will help build a firm physique in no time. Age doesn't matter....remember?
:-)
I'm over 40 and work-out 6 x's a week alternating with cardio and strength training while eating the right foods. The key to firm muscles is doing all three. (proper nutrition, strength training, and cardio).
It's never too late to get the body you've always wanted....so go for it!

Honey yes. most women over 40 nowadays have firmer muscles than 25 or 30 years olds. Just keep doing what one always did all your life and things stay firm a lot longer believe me. I'm well over 40 plus and am told that i look very nice for my age, and i have very firm muscles if i must say myself. In fact my muscles are so firm that men 30 years younger than i seem to want to date me more than men my age. I never stop doing the same things in life I always did, exercise and working wise.

Yes!
This from a man who was with a 50 year old woman that exercised.
A hard, firm body is very, very sexy.
Any exercise that you do will get results.
