a crack in my eyes an actually even heard it..so I just slept on it thinking whatever..its not a big of a deal..and after i woke up my right eye felt kinda weird as if the muscle was pushin in ...an i took a few pics and it seemed like the right eye was turning in and my eyes never ever looked like that before they were prefectly aligned..I went to the doc. and she said yea, it does seem a bit turned in from when I saw you before..but she really didnt recomend anything..is it an eye strain an will it ever go back to normal?

tonight for dinner i ate:

12 chicken nuggets
green beans
small fist full of french friends

this was all frozen that i made.

for lunch:

soup
some sunchips
mt dew (first soda since friday, i usually dont drink it)

breakfast:

1/2 roll w/ butter
sm coffee

DID I EAT TOO MUCH DINNER??? i also ate some m&ms!!

I went to western dental in valencia california for the first time last year. I had absolutely no cavities at the time. After x-rays were taken, I was informed that I had 9 teeth that needed treatment. To make a long story short, 5 of the 9 teeth needing treatment had to be re-done three times! Under a year later I've learned from my family dentist that decay was left behind when the other 4 teeth were restored and what's more a tooth that had no decay had been arbitrarily drilled, the enamel removed, and that tooth now has decay.

Western Dental has refused to hear my complaint. What can I do? I've considered filling a complaint with the california dental board but how will that help? Will I get my money back? Please advise.

I'm not necessarily out to lose weight, but has anyone done a safe and effective body detoxification? I have read a lot of good things about a fast to help your body get cleansed, but most rely on "miracle juices" or something like that that you have to buy. Anyone have any home remedies? Thanks!

After many tests my doctor says I have a seizure disorder,but my insurance thinks i'm having heart attacks. I have a waiver for that.
I must take keppra to keep these unusual heart attacks from reoccurring.

I know some workplaces are going to a "scent free" policy where workers are forbidden to use products such as anti-perspirant that have fragrances. Perfume or Colonge is obviously out. I realize that certain people have allergies, and other people just use too much fragrance, but what about the alternative?

My fiancee' for example is really put off by anyone with even the slightest natural body odor? She keeps our home loaded full of natural flowers and fragrances. She has complained to me many times about her office colleagues who in her words "don't wash good enough between the knees and navel". So in her idea, fragrance free is not a pleasant thing.

Do you like the idea of "scent free"? How are people supposed to deal with their natural odors apart from constant showering and washing?

I think someone i love is clinically depressed but when i have tried to approach him about it in the past he gets very defensive. He has told me before he is depressed but i am afraid to bring it up or ask questions. He thinks only crazy people see psychologists, even though he knows i have seen one before. How can i get him to talk about it without him thinking i am attacking him or calling him a crazy person?

We are doing the weight training unit in phy ed class at my high school. Every time i sit down or touch something I feel so disgusted. The weights and machines are never cleaned....so that means thousands of dirty, wet, sweaty, smelly hands have touched everything in the room. They don't even tell us to wash our hands afterward. I'm not usually a germ freak.....but does anyone else agree its a little unsanitary?

please help...my mom will NOT take me to see a doctor or professional about my acne...if i DON´T pick it i get these kinda holes in my skino.0she tells me to just leave it and use coverup but i don´t wanna...she claims that it´s not acne and just "a bunch of pimples"(on my chin mainly)but i am so sick and tired of these...please help! how can i convice her?

I have severe constipation and have horrible cramps. I have been constipated for almost 2 years now and maybe once a week I have a very hurtful bowel movement. I know I am dehyrdrated but it helps when I am at work because I dont have to go to the bathroom as much because I have an overactive bladder. How can I remedy my constipation? And please dont say drink water because yes I have tried that it does nothing for me but make me pee every 15 minutes. And I know I need to see a doctor but I have to wait a week because all the stupid doctors in the area are so busy. Are there any natural ways to cure severe constipation? I went to the emergency room a few months ago due to severe cramps like the ones I am getting now and they did an x-ray on my stomach and said I am extremely dehyrdrated and gave me medication for it and it helps but about a week later, go figure I am constipated again and theres a limit on how long I can take this medicine so I dont become dependant on it. Btw I am 21.

for about a week . my whole entire body has been really itch!
i know for a
fact that it's not a alergic reaction b/c i havent eaten anything new.
everytime i scratch it more bumps will come up.
it's not chicken pox b/c i already had it.
it's really hard NOT to scratch cuz it's really itchyyyy.
i havent been anywhere but school. so it cant be poison ivy or anything.
but it's getting to the point where i have scars and scabs due to me scratching .
i've rubbed 3 differnt kind of lotion. 4 differnet kind of proscribed medicine. and nothing works
what should i do?

I took two pregnancy tests. On both of them the control line was dark and the test line was light pink. I would take them as possitives. I wasnt sure though. I was told that since I am only 5 days late that it might be two false possitives. Is that true?? How common are they???

I have not really cried since i can't remember when. it's like there's a mental blcok. it's not like there is anything sopecific going on, just a pent up feeling that a good cry would help, but it's like there is a mental block. i have seen all the movies, heard the songs, read the poems, my eyes will get moist, but barely enough to wet the lashes and this lump gets lodged in my throat, but i can't cry. it's like something just shuts off. like there is a defense mechanism and i don't know how or when or why it appeared.

any idea how to turn it back on? how do i break down that wall and just get it out fo my system.
