We are doing the weight training unit in phy ed class at my high school. Every time i sit down or touch something I feel so disgusted. The weights and machines are never cleaned....so that means thousands of dirty, wet, sweaty, smelly hands have touched everything in the room. They don't even tell us to wash our hands afterward. I'm not usually a germ freak.....but does anyone else agree its a little unsanitary?

I definatly agree, Ive been in many professional gyms and school gyms alike and no professionally opperated gym is grimy or dirty.
HS gyms are a terrible environment for many reasons, 1 people dont know what they are doing, and poor supervision in the gyms.

I agree, the high school never cleans the equiptment. The least they could do is to have the janitors wipe down the equiptment at least once a week

I have been given into it previous due nevertheless i exchange into already a jr. as quickly as I have been given in and alter into basically waiting to realize approximately 425 in bench 585 in squat and 575 in ineffective carry i ought to basically think of what could've been my real popotentialf I had gotten in until now and that i did all organic too. rio grand valley, south texas, los fresnos powerlifting team. so specific greater federal investment for the toddlers activities. plus the main significant weight problems wil be decreased. i for my area do not look "jacked up" i don't elect to look like i won't be in a position to even scratch my lower back yet now a days the college courses are turning out to be lazy and not performed adequate hense the load problems situation in us of a of america. i think of it has to do with the scientific care of youngsters so college could quite have those damaging courses quite of a offended determine.
