I would have to disagree with a majority of the answers to this question. I got HPV, genital warts, while I was a freshman in college, living in a dorm with 43 other girls. We all shared a bathroom along with washers and dryers. I was a virgin at the time. I have done massive amounts of research, and I do believe that genital warts can be obtained by sharing personal products.

Also, get checked out by a doctor. Even if you don't have any visible signs it is possible that you could transmit the disease.

If you are a male the only issue you will have is cosmetic, annoyance, and that you can transmit it to a female. If you are a female, and test positive, you need to have a wart biopsied so a medical professional can tell you what strain of the virus you have. There are over 100 strains of HPV (including the ones on your hands a feet), but 2 that can cause cirvical cancer.

Moles, warts, and epidermis labels are normal epidermis lesions that grow naturally. While they are usually low dangerous, they could be awkward if located on an obvious portion such as the face. I would also have to disagree with a large amount of the answers in this. It is very easy to contract genital warts from anything. Even soap. It is deffinatly an std that you have to be extremely careful about coming in contact with. It is extremely easy to have it passed on to you.

You can relax. You can not get genital warts from using the same bar of soap.

Yes it is possible, Genital warts are very contagious. You could get warts on your hands just by touching the warts. my advice is to tell your sister to use her own soap and her own towels and wash the toilet seat before you sit.
