Try to eat your most at lunch or morning but your dinner should be the lit-est meal of all so you can have a better digestion and feel lighter. It is nice that you care about your health, so keep doing the best!

What! your crazy. You must be on one of those weird diets. First of all don't eat frozen foods...most are not healthy for you like the green bean and nuggets and fries. That was a lot of calories. you could have a big salad from jack-in-the-box. OR a salad from home with a light dressing just salt and lemon-pepper with a grilled or boiled chicken breast for dinner lightly seasoned. And for lunch eat the soup but not the chips and soda...have a half sandwich and some juice. And for breakfast have the coffee but no butter. have a warm muffin(straight from the microwave) or a banana. You didn't eat too much today it is just that the choices you made were not smart. Try better next time.

You kind of did eat to much for dinner, it would of been fine if there was a variety that you had for dinner like chips and salad instead of nuggets and vice verse, or rice something like that. Beans were good choice. But it depends on how you cooked your dinner did you deep fry it, or oven cook it??? Did you steam your beans or just cook in the microwave??? If you deep fried everything that's bad... Way to much oil and fat : (
I know you didn't ask about your breakfast but you should change that... Lunch is good... : )

it's not about how much, but how much fat and how many calories. were the nuggets and fries fried? you don't seem to be eating a great amount of food but you should definitely be eating more vegetables and drinking more water. you should check out some websites that show what a balanced diet looks like.

okay nothing fried is good. Check the ingredients of the foods you eat...if it has high fructose corn syrup or partially hydrogenated oils, then avoid it! Partially hydrogenated oils stay in your body for 7 years!
