I was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder almost a year ago and have tried several medications that have not helped. I am currently not on any meds and I am not doing so good. My mood swings and my manic episodes are completely out of control. I've tried Depakote, Lamictal, Prozac, Serequel, Resperidal, Zyprexa and a few others. Right now the only thing I'm taking is Xanax xr for my anxiety and insomnia which helps tremendously. I just moved to a new town and am not able to see a doctor until my insurance gets switched over and I don't know how long that will take. I feel like I am going crazy here, I need help now not a month from now. What am I supposed to do?

I have been getting Physical Therapy for a torn rotator cuff, and recently they have been putting a transdermal patch of cortisone on me. The second I received I broke out ina rash and wash extremely itchy after I removed the patch. I just took the third one off, and I have been sneezing. A quick shower releived the itchys. I have been told that a shot will help tremendously, I am jus worried I may get sneezy all the time. Has anyone ever had this before?
I need advice on what to expect, and what are the dangers.

I have acne, like i get about 3-5 zits at a time, i don't know what to do, i wash my face, use aloe, and get facials, i refuse, fefuse to use ProActive, i have had some friends who used it and it just burned there skin, any help, or homeremides would be appricated, like people call me zit face so like please!!

I had a flu shot a few weeks ago and never got a cold till I had that shot. Now I can't get rid of this one. Never had a cold sore before and this one hurts like the dickens. I have tried everything and it's been four days. Seems to get sorer by the day. Anyone know of any home remedy for this pesky thing?

Yes, I was raped at 14 and had a miscarriage after it. Yes I put on weight (to make myself ugly) afterwards by eating too much. I am still big, but have recently dropped 2 dress sizes because I'm learning to deal with it. I have had severe psychotic depression because of this. I never spoke about it until quite recently andI'm now 31, I am now getting help for this. All I want to know is what is wrong with laughing at a joke I happened to find funny? Hi, I am currently becoming very sexually active and i recently realized that i need to carry around a condom with me at all times. I ususally like to keep my condom's in my wallet so it isn't so obvious but i hear that it's bad for the condom. I stubbed my big toe yesterday, and the nail is like a flap. I flushed it out real well for 10 minutes while i waited for the bleeding to stop. then I fit the nail over the bed like before, cleaned it with rubbing alcohol, put a bunch of antibiotic ointment on it and bandaged it. Do i need to carefully remove the nail that was like a flap? Do I just keep adding the ointment to the nail and its surroundings and keep it covered until the new nail grows back? what do I do and for how long? Any ideas?
I really dont want to have to go to a Dr. unless I really have to, So any help would b great. Thanks.
