Hi, I am currently becoming very sexually active and i recently realized that i need to carry around a condom with me at all times. I ususally like to keep my condom's in my wallet so it isn't so obvious but i hear that it's bad for the condom. I found condom wallets but i was wondering if there are any wallets with a pocket designed to hold a condom safely?

If you wear a ball cap you could attach about a half dozen to it, kind of like fly fisherman do with lures on their hat? Or, you could keep them in a few convenient places, like in your glove box, for that lunchtime tryst or a goodnight quickie. Your desk at work for when you bang a secretary on the copy machine, and a few in your frequent girlfriends purses. A dozen in the drawer beside your bed for an all nighter, a case in the trunk so you can discard your unused wallet condom after a few days lull and then there's the all night convenience/grocery/drug store for late night emergencies. Above all be prepared, keep your supply fresh, and watch out you never know when you might run into little Miss. Herpes, Lady Syphilis or Ms. Pandora's box.

They actually make carrying cases for condoms. Many family planning centers have them. However, you still run into the issue of carrying in a warm environment. However, it's different from carrying it in your wallet because with the wallet, you're sitting on it, and it's being held right against your body. The body heat plus the possible friction is what damages the condom. If you carry the condoms in a carrying case, and then put the case in your pocket, you should be fine..or, like someone else suggested, you can carry them in a cell phone pocket of your jeans, if you have it.
I'm glad you're being responsible and protected. Good for you! AND that you're smart enough to think about these things. However, one suggestion, PLEASE don't leave them in your vehicle either. This will ALSO damage a condom due to heat. Also, use a lubricated condom and perhaps even extra lube to avoid condom breakage.

Be safe and play safe!

You are right you should not Carry a condom in your wallet, I believe that it is the constant movement of your wallet that can cause the problem most men keep their wallet in their back pocket.I have also heard that to keep them in the glove compartment is also not advised. I would think that if you put a fresh one in your wallet before going out would be OK. Just do not one that has been in your wallet for ever, also thank you for using protection, you are a lot wiser than a lot of men

i'm precisely same as you, 15 yet carry condoms in spite of having a boyfriend. like you suggested it is 'better danger-free than sorry' a number of my friends carry condoms too besides so no you may fairly call me a **** without calling the others that too. If human beings commence calling you a **** tell them precisely what you suggested right here, it is basically on your own protection. they gained't be giggling in the journey that they capture an STD reason they not in any respect carried condoms. So reliable on you :D

It's true carrying it in your wallet isn't good, but you can keep one in there as long as you change it every two months. I'm pretty sure there are wallets like that. You might want to check at a local condom store, like Condom revolution.

I had a male friend that kept a condom or two in the change holder in his wallet. It was the perfect size to hold a condom and was kept pretty safe there. I have never heard that it isn't good to carry a condom in your wallet, unless you forget to check the expiration date. Yes they do have expiration dates! I commend you on being so careful.

The problem is the heat and the pressure of your wallet. It can degrade the latex and cause leaks.

The cell phone pocket (like in the area on the sides of the pants halfway between the knees and the hips) is the best bet. Less heat and less pressure.

It is bad for the condom. The heat, sweat and general moving about can cause it to tear or breakdown. The best bet is buy fresh ones and just have it readily available.

Personally...I ride bare-back!
