Your feet muscles are too tight.
Stand in your kitchen, hands on your counter top. Put one foot back. Move your body forward, like doing counter top pushups. FEEL the back of your foot set back, stretching the calf. Do 10 times. Then reverse and do the other foot, 10 times. Both hands on the counter top, squat down and up 10 times. Do slowly. Do every day. Takes about 15 minutes total.

Second, wear shoes and get arch supports for your shoes. Walmart has a pair that is green and brown on the bottom. Makes your feet feel like walking on pillows. Heavy duty inserts.
By the pharmacy.
