I was wondering....If some1 who is anorexic see's themselves as fat....what do they see when they look at another anorexic person? do they think they are also fat or do they see what that person really looks like? And if they do then why can't they see that they look the same?

I have Psychotic Depression, but I would like to know specifically what is the difference between these disorders. All I can find so far the difference being the insight and depression, but there has to be more to it than that, because if there isnt, it is such a fine line between them. I would like some different insight and information from you all. It would help me a bunch to try to explain it to my skeptical family.

I am 20 and an "only" child (I have a sister who was adopted by my moms second husband because our Dad is mentally ill and said he didnt want her) and my father is schizophrenic. When I was 17 he went off his medicine and ended up in the state hospital eventually. Since he was released, he hasn't been looking for work. He says he can't work because of how the medicine has affected him, but I don't buy it. He held his last job for a few years. He hasn't worked and is trying to go on disability. He has lived with his parents for quite some time, even when he worked, because his medicine needs to be monitored. I know his parents (both nearly 70) wont be around forevor, and I will need to care for him. Anyhow, my question is, should he work while filing for disability? I intend to own a business one day as an Image Consultant and may just have him help me with minor tasks like filing and envelope stuffing etc after that. He is in his mid 40s. Thanks!

I often need extremely hot water to shave properly( iam using the shick quattro since after shaving with the gilette fusion, I was left with razor bumps)or my face will end up being cut up.
this afternoon i was shaving and i wasn't able to get a good enough shave since i only have warm water and ended up opening up old shaving wounds.

any ideas on how to get the best shave?

thanks.

It never swells up while Im walking, only after I get home and sit down. I work at a coffeeshop. I walk to work, I'm on my feet almost the whole entire time, I might take a 10 minute break and then I walk home and I might cook or clean or do something, so Im usually on my feet for a majority of the day. But once I kick back and try to chill, my left foot sweels so much that it feels like it is about to pop. It is extremely uncomfortable. The only time that it goes back down is when I get up and go to work the next morning. Ive soaked it in steaming hot water and Epsom salt. It didnt help at all.

Things bother me a lot. I am very emotional. It seems like I am ticked off at everything, little things bother me, but the big things do not as much. Does anyone empathize with this and any real suggestions would be very appreciated.
