Diet pills will work only for a short period of time because as an emotional eater, we don't eat because we are hungry, we eat for other reasons. Keep the following in mind when dieting:
Diets and changing your eating to healthy food choices can work but because we know so little about ourselves and our relationship with food, it makes it difficult to win the battle. A lot of us have problems with dieting because we have a problem called "emotional eating" we eat to comfort ourselves during difficult, stressful, sad, etc times in our lives.
You may experience all those emotions during dieting as we continuously get on the scale hoping to see a big difference in numbers after dieting only for a day or two. Also what is stressful when dieting is that we try to lose a large number of weight in such a short period of time which in most cases is unreasonable.
This all brings about stress, discomfort and sadness. When we feel this way, we turn to our best friend for help and support which for many of us is food. The diet is now broken and we feel that we can't stick to diets. We then try fad diet after fad diet hoping to lose the original 20 pounds and now we may have as much as 30 pounds to lose because we continue to put on weight as we continue to break these fad diets by binging before starting our next diet.
Please learn about your relationship with food before your next diet so that you may achieve your goals. To help a little, keep in mind the following:
You already know how to lose weight. You know that if you eat less and exercise more eventually you’ll see the pounds come off. What’s getting in your way? Why do you usually regain the weight you lost? The answer to all these questions is the same “Emotional Eating.” Simply defined, emotional eating means you eat to satisfy emotional hunger; it means you use food for comfort or as a way to cope with life; and it means you eat for reasons other than what your body needs. Whenever you reach for a boredom-breaking snack despite your commitment, or whenever you eat to quell anxiety, that’s emotional eating. Whenever you binge after a fight, or double up on portions because your day turned sour, that’s emotional eating. Whenever you feel that sharp craving for your favorite food, that’s emotional eating. When we eat during these times while on a diet, we believe the diet doesn’t work or that we lack self control and then look for the quickest way to lose weight (fasting/diet pills, ect) after eating all we can since we already messed the diet day up. Read the information below but remember that emotional eating plays a big part in why we don’t continue dieting and why we regain lost weight and why we binge today and start a new diet tomorrow. Best of Luck.
P.S. After learning about my relationship with food, I was able to drop my weight from 263 pounds down to 151 pounds which is a 112 pound weight lost.

Stop making stuff up. Think about it. If these pills did not work why would they keep making them? And do not say because people are stupid enough to buy them. I could say that about any pill you take.
Talk to the people who have lost hundreds of pounds with these so called "non-effective" pills. I would much rather take this pills and find out for myself than go under the knife and have a surgical procedure which costs 100x more. Now I am not saying you need to lose that much weight, just trying to make a point.
Bad for your heart? Almost everything we do is "bad" for us. Breathing the air in most populated cities is bad for us. Drinking coffee/energy drinks is bad for us. Eating red-meat can also be bad for us. Candy is bad for us. Come on make a more reasonable argument than that.
Sorry about the venting, back to your question. I have had great success with Tetrazene ES-50. You can get it at prosource.net for relatively cheap. Now I am not anyway affiliated with this company or product, just was fed up with people knocking supplements/fat burners. They help speed up your metabolism, and true some are worse than others but that is everything. Good luck. Have a quality diet and work your butt off in the gym, (take a fat burner if you want) and you should be golden!

Well if you want to try a GOOD product, there is your problem. Diet pills aren't good products. They really don't make a lick of difference. People lose weight on them because they have to watch what they eat and exercise. Take away the diet pills and you will still lose weight by watching what you eat and exercising. It's not worth the damage they will do to your body. You may look beautiful on the outside your your inside will be rotting from the damage. Whats good is your pretty body if you now have heart trouble?

Well, this isn't a diet pill but it IS a diet supplement that can be used as the sole source of nutrition. It works as a natural appetite suppressant as well. I lost quite a bit of weight on it and felt much healthier than I did on phenteremine and the other pills I'd tried.

In the US there are no diet pills available which would help you. Most of them offered on the Internet are a total rip-off. Their advertizing sounds wonderful, but that's all. If you order the strong ones them from a foreign country, they will be confiscated by customs, since they are mostlikely against the law in the US.

None of it works, it may work for a bit but once you go off of it, you will gain back all the weights.. You have to lose weight naturally and let it be a lifestyle by eating healthy, excercise..drink lots of water..people who invent the pills rip people off for money.

Sorry...I have tried many of them and they're only composed of fiber as one of the main ingredients. It would be cheaper to buy Citrucel or some fiber additive. There isn't a diet pill that works out there.

Use spray oil rather than pouring. One squirt contains merely one calorie compared to 120 calories coming from a tablespoon. If you use oil as part of your cooking daily, this small change could lose which you stone over the year.
