First off, you should take your antibiotics they way they are prescribed, and you should not keep "extras" around to self treat. Bacteria are drug specific, and the wrong drug won't necessarily kill them. What you might do is kill off the good bacteria in your gut and give yourself a whopping case of the trots. The Tylenol is above the recommended dosage, and although it likely wouldn't do noticeable harm, it will do something to your liver as it tries to filter out the excess. If you have a nice healthy liver, it will be okay, for now. But it's a little more damage that your liver probably doesn't need, and could do without. On the other hand, if your liver isn't quite so healthy, it could just be the final straw. That means going on the waiting list for a transplant, and providing you get one in time, a lifetime on immune system depressants so you don't reject it and die.
So will it hurt you this time? Probably not, but it's not really a chance worth taking. If you are really sick, go see the doctor and be treated properly.

Depends on the dosage. I'm 6'4, 233 pounds and three 500mg amoxicillan don't do anything to my stomach. 4 tylenol also depends on the dosage. My boday can handle four 300 mg's without getting a stomach ache on an empty stomach. It all depends on the dosage of the medicine.

Tylenol metastasizes in the liver - not the kidneys. If it has not been prescribed by a physician - go see one. Tylenol is not a 'usual' remedy for arthritis. I suffer from arthritis and Tylenol was never recommended.

I wouldn't, you'd run the risk of becoming resistant to drugs used to treat infections. 4 Tylenol isn't a big deal but it isn't recommended.
