There cannot be different models for health.Health means a state of affairs when you have no disease

yes you can have different models of health. The medical on is the one where doctor's try to 'cure' people they percieve as being unhealthy.

An individual who is grossly overweight and smokes 30 cigarettes a day may consider himself to be healthy but a doctor may not.

A person with manic depression may actually enjoy the manic phase and find it increases creativity and see no reason for it to be cured but the medical model says this person is ill and should be treated.
