Fibromyalgia is a generalized pain that can range in severity throughout the entire body. There are especially painful points about two inches below the clavicle or the bone underneath your shoulders in front, inside of the elbows, knees and can also include sciatiac pain of the hips.
Stretching exercises and losing weight help the condition significantly. It is extremely painful and sometimes requires medication.
There is also a disease that often accompanies fibromyalgia, called Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, which makes people affected extremely tired most of the time and have very little energy.
The disease is most often associated in overweight individuals.

Continuous all-over pain. Tiredness. Some trouble with mental functions, like memory, speech. Depression. There is a wide range of symptoms. Each person is different, it can only be diagnosed by a point test done by your doctor. Usually everything else has to be ruled out first.

fibromyalgia is just a lump sum of pain in like 11 out of 15 points or something like that...it can only be diagnosed by a dr. There's no specific thing someone can tell you on here to know that you have it. And there's no known cause and it presents differently in different people
