Change your Army physical date until you loose the weight in a slow and healthy way.
Going Atkins is one way, but Atkins isn't all that good for you. You miss out on vital fiber in your diet.

If you want to stay healthy. You can't. Don't deprive yourself of liquids either. Navy seals in training swim like 10 miles and lose anywhere from 8-22 pounds which they gain back during meals because it's all water weight. Eat big breakfasts, medium lunch, run, workout, small dinner, no food 3 hours before bedtime. Eat right and you can start losing pounds.

First thing in the morning, before breakfast workout, running anything cardio. You lose weight fast, that's how I did it. I lost close to 30 pounds in a month and a half for the military doing that and eating salads and drinking beer, sounds crazy but somehow I did!

my sister had to do this for the same reason. the recruiting officer reccomended her to use. (magnesium citrate).you can get it at any grocery store. i tried it just for personal use after my sister tryed it. and it works. just buy 2 bottles. and drink one bottle a day.its really just a type of laxative. its purpose is to make you. release it all in the toilet if you know what i mean. its safe to take 1 bottle at once. it gives you that choice on the directions actually.watch what you eat of course during the time your taking it.and do it at least 2 times 2 bottles. 1 a day. it works.

yes drink lots of water,water displaces fat wrestlers do this all the time,along with a low carb diet and moderate excercise.you might as well start excercising now you will be doing plenty of it in basic training.good luck

in case of emergency low sodium ,low carb and more lean protein diet is very helpful u can do it for 2 weeks not more than that
