As I stated, I have cramps. Is there a spedific medicine for avoiding cramps? If so, what substance does it contain? And which diet should I follow to avoid cramps?

I had a headache, so I took two Bayer pills. That was like 20 mins ago, and I forgot about it and I just took 2 shots of from the tequilla bottle my dad got me.

I am 24, Moscow. When I try to have sex i think that my penis will not come up, and it does not...although I am healthy and have erection every morning...

But why I am having these probs?

Example: I invited a girl to my house, we were kissing and everything and I had it up, but when she took her clothes off, my penis went down coz I was thinking about "what if it will not come up"...

How I can overcome these prob and why it haqppens to me?

ive been having a personal health problem. My rectum is bleeding. Its bright red and it happens once in awhile ...i kept thinking it was just a cut but today it kind of scared me because when i looked down it was a lot of blood in the toilet. It was even a very little chunky blood on toilet paper. whats wrong with me? my side was hurting all night today too (the pain wasnt strong but it was uncomfortable) i dont know if that has anything to do with it?

Help me please!
I've fallen in love on-line very strongly and he told me he liked me very much as well. And then as I loved him so much I told him I will do my best to come to him to his country to continue my studies. He got afraid of this and little by little stopped talking to me. I stuggled very long and hard and then as I've missed their accent etc I decided to write to another guy from that country just to know each other. We started talking and he appeared to like me very much. At first I didn't like him that much because I still liked the first one but then little by little I started to like him very much too!!! Not so much as the first one but anyway a lot! And when I started to like him more and started to want to chat with him everyday a lot he has told me the same thing as the first one:"Don't get so addicted to me. We live so far. Maybe one day... We'll see... But now let's just enjoy chatting." Believe me that's exactly what the first one has told me too!!! What will you advise me to do and to think and how to behave? Am I dependent? And what can I do with this? I've never seen any books on this and I don't think there are good specialists where I live so I can't go to a doctor.
But really what can I do to become less dependent? As long as I remember myself the more I liked a guy the more dependent on him I was and the more I liked a guy the quicklier he ran away! I could only stay for a long time with those on who I wasn't so crazy... But I always thought that if they love me they want the same to be with me all the time.

I have my first dancing show tonight and i have to perform infront of over 300 people on my own ( as i have a solo) i though i'd be ok but i'm terrifiied and i'm really nervous. I can't eat and i feel really sick and shaky. Is there anything i can take or anything i can do to relax a bit?

I was already feeling bad, having eaten some bad Arby's I think. I tried to sleep after a miserable day. I woke up suddenly and for some reason When I sat up I got up so quickly it startled me. The room was spinning and as I tried to turn my head and again I did it so fast, as though I was on overdrive. I tried to slow myself down, but my heart was beating like 100 times a minute and every time i tried to do anything for the next five minutes, I did it so fast it scared me. I had to lay down and go to sleep to get rid of it. Is this a real condition?

Say you're cramming for an exam, and it comes down to the point where you could get two-ish hours of sleep before it, or just stay up the extra hours and study a bit more.

Which is generally going to lead to a more focused attitude, one that'll actually remember the stuff that was crammed?

Obviously studying in advance is the best answer, but when it comes down to the wire, which is best?

I have a 10-year-old daughter that has UTI for almost three years.
She is now under "Nitrofurantion" for more than 18 months.
Is there a hope that the UTI will go away as she grows up?

i keep getting nausea everyday i had a miscarriage about 2 months ago but i still have the nausea i am not pregnant but i still have the pregnancy hormones in my system can these still make me sick i am not sure. i have had blood tests done scans ultrasounds and everything is fine has anyone gone through what i have the nausea comes and goes make me ill i sleep ok and eat when i can but i feel its affecting my whole life can someone help me

when i have sex with my bfriend it hurt during but more when we finish! it s not my stomach that hurts it's my vagina. especially around the hole! then the first time i go pee it burns.. the pain goes away after 20-30 min!
