I have my first dancing show tonight and i have to perform infront of over 300 people on my own ( as i have a solo) i though i'd be ok but i'm terrifiied and i'm really nervous. I can't eat and i feel really sick and shaky. Is there anything i can take or anything i can do to relax a bit?

I have the same problem when I do a solo. I find that if I just try and take a few deep breaths and go through the song in my head it helps me to focus. And if you feel like you're gonna toss your cookies, don't eat anything heavy. Try a banana or some fruit juice. You can eat after your adoring fans let you leave the stage :D. When you're through you'll experience a rush, like just after a roller coaster ride, it's awesome!

Try some apple juice. It will hopefully give you some more energy, and if you practice some meditation, it may help you focus on your work.

Good luck, and I hope you do well enough to keep you coming back to the stage.
