Fruit kabobs usually work okay. I have been to several parties for children and the novelty of it seemed to do the trick.
I have also seen fruit served with dips, like flavored yogurt (strawberry seems popular), and chocolate syrup (not the sauce, the sauce is too rich). If you give them very little dip to work with, you can minimize the empty calories from things like chocolate and manage to get quite a bit of fruit into them.
If all else fails, if have seen kids gobble up fruit shapes, which is just slices of fruit, like apples, which have been cut into shapes with small cookie cutters. Obviously, this only works for fruits with a little body, like apples, pineapple, or melon, but I imagine a little creativity on your part could go a long way.

If its fruit it shouldnt be hard to do in the first place. But to make it easier, cut it to a child-friendly size and shape, and have a dipping sauce. Yogurt works best, especially a fruity yogurt. Chocolate might work better but it defeats the purpose of serving healthy fruit.
Veggies on the other hand are a bit trickier. Your best bet is to cover them in cheese or salad dressing, but that may also affect the nutrition factor.

Serve it over frozen yogurt (tastes like ice cream) Serve small pieces of friut arranged on a platter. Put fruit in sugarless jello and pudding cups. All more appealing than servings of whole apples, oranges, bananas. Children generally like berries, sweet cherries,or a fruit salad (bowl). All decorative enough for a party.

Make a huge fruit salad. Kids love chopping up fruit, mixing & then the eating comes naturally. Helps enormously in this household! Godd luck.
