I was already feeling bad, having eaten some bad Arby's I think. I tried to sleep after a miserable day. I woke up suddenly and for some reason When I sat up I got up so quickly it startled me. The room was spinning and as I tried to turn my head and again I did it so fast, as though I was on overdrive. I tried to slow myself down, but my heart was beating like 100 times a minute and every time i tried to do anything for the next five minutes, I did it so fast it scared me. I had to lay down and go to sleep to get rid of it. Is this a real condition?

You may have experienced an anxiety attack. I've never heard of the symptom of moving fast though. maybe it just seemed that way to you during the attack. Sometimes during an attack things seem surreal. Talk to your doctor.

Low Blood pressure is possible & so is sugar level (try chugging a coke next time see if it helps). But I feel as if you could have a inner ear infection or a deep sinus infection starting. Did you take any meds before u went to sleep? And lastley I heard of opium being put into a guys sandwich last weekend!

Yes, in these days I heard the sound of sleigh bells being jingled on the Salvation Army kettle on the front to paintings. The sound of many folks shopping up all type of meals for his or her Christmas feasts! And Christmas songs floating out of the shop stereo audio system. And such a lot of buyers pronouncing or replying with Merry Christmases to me and mine! Merry Christmas Dizz pricey and all my splendiferous Contacts on Y!A !!! oxoxox :)

Are you sure you didn't just percieve that you were going really fast? I believe your pulse certainly could be elevated, but I think you must have been suffering from something that had your equilibrium off somehow.

yes, it has happened to me before. more than once!

the doctor told me my blood pressure is low, that i need to take more salt...but not too much of it, anyway!

maybe what you should do is to go consult your doctor and see what she/he has to say about it.maybe you're not having the same problem that i'm having.

by the way, i friend is having the same thing too, but her doctor advices her to take more sugar!

sinus infection will do that to you, and they make your head feel like it's gonna explode, makes you feel like not wanting to do anything but sleep. Need to see your DR. for some antibiotics to get you better. sunnydays
