Im not over weight but I'd like to loose a few pounds but its just refusing to come off! I dont understand why- I mean I eat McDonalds and KFC or Burger King every day yet still Im not loosing any weight! Do you think I have a medical condition?

No, you're absolutely normal. These fast food outlets may advertise low calorie health foods, but it's all a big con and actually they are pumped full of drugs to make you fat. There is a way to counteract this fiendish plan though - every time you have a burger, eat the box too. It contains a secret anti-fat ingredient which boosts your metabolism and also your brainpower - not that you need that, of course.

If you eat at Mc.Donalds and Burger King daily, obviously you'll get fat. Controlling your desire to eat is one best way.

Otherwise there is one nice way to get slimmer.. But it may take around 4-5 months. After you wake up, before eating anything else(ie., when ur stomach is empty) take a quarter glass of warm water with two teaspoons of honey. This would help burning some extra calories. This remedy is mentioned in the Indian literature of medicine(Ayurveda), and it works.

PS: Hope you dont have hypo-thyroidism(lower than normal secretion of thyroxine).

Phew do you really want an answer. Give up the junk food and you will loose weight but you dont need us to tell you that. Oh you will also save money.

Simply just try varying your diet. I can't believe you haven't made the connection between what you're eating & your inability to lose weight! Eat some fruit & real food for a week & see the difference.

You cant eat those and expect to lose weight. cause on contrary, it helps yoou to gain weight more easily. try to consume more fiber, reduce night meals, and try also this MELILEA, i can send to you, for free....you just have to think about it. Its not that hard to lose more weight....!

easy question; just swim twice a week for an hour ;and you we loose three pounds a week.

You may have the rare ''seefooditis''......causes all sort's of odd symptoms, main one being, you see food then eat it!!!!
Try hovering round the salad bar.

Please do ensure you also have the supersize portion together with fries and large milk shake then I think you will find the weight will drop off.

you are eating the wrong foods, eat more fish and chicken and pasta and drink lots of water!
