Plain soap and water is all you really need, or use a little shampoo. BTW the hairs are not really vaginal - the area where the hair grows is the outer labia. The vagina is inside your body. All women get hair when they become women. Keeping the hair clean is no harder than keeping other body parts clean.

The way you have been brought up to do. Soap and water! You should know this by now, if you are so lazy then maybe you should get a Brazilian.
