You can try ROYAL JELLY,...for hair and skin, its the best. There are products offered, but you must be prudent about its originality and genuinity...for you to get the maximised result.

Vitamin C and Zinc supplements are good for healthy skin and hair. Sometimes you can buy a combination of vitamins and minerals specifically for skin problems.

My hair was falling out and becoming very thin until i started using Perfectil for skin hair and nails.It took around three months to start seeing results and i have continuously used them now for over a year with fantastic results.My diet can be poor so it must be down to these supplements.Get them from boots for £8.50 for a months supply.I also take a high potency omega supplement which in combination gives me strong nails,clear skin and a healthy heart.

hi, Vitamin A is excellent for a healthy glowing skin. take one tablet at night for three weeks and you can see the difference. but dont take it continuously since it will affect the kidneys. you can take it at gaps of six months. zinc is also very good for skin. some good sources for zinc are meat, egges, cod liver oil,nuts and wheat germ etc. also include lots of greens and spouts in your diet. a fistfull of nuts like peanuts, cashews, are excellent source of oils necessary for a healthy skin and hair. drink 8 - 10 glasses of water daily to replenish moisture.
