During the past week or two, I have barely eaten anything. I eat maybe half a meal a day, if that's possible, but much more fluids than usual. It made me lose about five pounds.
Over the weekend, I had this sudden craving of any food I could get my hands on. I couldn't stop, and I even gained one to three pounds from eating so much.
Today, and probably the rest of the week, I've had no appetite for anything -- even Powerade, and I drink a lot of it. I doubt it, but is this healthy?
