You should have a positive approach to your physical appearance. You are thinking yourself fat, why don't you try out Tom Venuto's book, Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle, he not only show you how to get that figure that you've always wanted but he also teaches you to feel good about youself

You need a moral booster!
I and many men think that fat is beautiful, don't keep running yourself down.
And don't listen to 'Gem' I'm convinced she is a honey sales person, or has a fixation on honey, I've just seen another 'honey' question from her. She must have tons of the stuff to get rid of?

Hello:

Fat cow? Compared to whom? It is an unhealthy expectation to look like or compare yourself to someone else. You are who you are and it will be easier in the long run if you embrace it.

If you are not sure if you are over weight go to: http://asd.dozer.com/faq/ami.htm

for a comprehensive answer to that question. Then you need to focus on being healthy.

Good luck.

There are millions like u who do it everyday! Try drinking a spoonful of honey every morning on an empty stomach and do not eat for at least another half an hour. Let me know if it works!

Glad I'm not the only one out there. For some reason it doesn't always motivate me to work harder, it just makes me sad and frustrated a lot of the time.

Okay, use this as your motivation to get fit and lose a bit of weight. Don't beat yourself up about it, just think I will lose the weight I know I can

I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels that way about themselves, when they go to the gym.
