Today I got told that I had good manners after I offered an elderly gentlman my seat on the bus when there was nowhere else to sit. He also said that I'd obviously been brought up well. When I told my mum what had happened she felt pretty good too.

waking up each morning and knowing that I am alive and loved is the best thing that happens to me everyday. if you think this way, or atr least think happy thoughts, the same can be true for you.

i overcome the difficulties in my life by thinking positive and always having a smile for everyone that i meet, even if i don't feel like smiling.
