Haven't heard that one but let me tell you, I have a friend who eats quite a bit more than a spoonful of honey every morning and I wouldn't say that it's helped her to lose anything!

Cant see that working, does that mean that if you drink a ladle of honey a day you lose even more weight?

No. I believe this was a fad diet which involved drinking water with a spoonful of honey in it and thats it. apparently its revolting and you end up starving hungry. Its not healthy. Just eat better food (or less of it) and excercise.

Hi - I heard that's good for Arthritis, my gran did the honey and cider vinegar trick, and said worked for her bones, but not weight loss... sorry!!
