Yes you can. The expiration date merely tells you how long the whole dose will last in the patch. The dose of nicotine has probably lessened but that will cause you no harm.

hi there, i shouldnt use them at all, will power is the best sorce, its not the easiest, but it is the cheapest, i smoked for 23 years and a couple of my friends said i could never stop, so i took up the bet just on will power, not smoked for 2 years now and feel great, try smelling other peoples clothes who smoke, it really put me off, good luck what ever you choose.

Use them. They might have lost some potency, but probably not. Most expiration dates mean nothing. Just a number.
