When a person passes away do you believe they can come back and haunt you/check up on you. My dad past way in May, my lights and t.v. sometimes turn themselves on and off. My mom's fan turns it self on and off also. Once I put my daily medication on the counter like always. I went to the bathroom, when I came back they moved to the other side of the kitchen? Is this really my dad? Thanks

PLEASE HELP!!! I'm scared....i missed 4 years of high school. was severely ill with depression....only no-one helped me. I then sat my GCSEs at home and got G grades(apart from a C grade in English) NO-ONE HELPED ME and having the education of a child and being SEVERELY ill with depression. I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. i have been sat at home for TWO YEARS doing nothing. I'M 18. i don't have a clue what to do.I don't even know basic skills such as how to cook, how to use a bus, how to use a washing machine etc......I have no education what so ever and also my mum doesn't even CARE that i have no GCSEs. i don't have a clue how to fix this situation HELP!!! i don't have a clue what other people of my age group are doing.....I don't have any friends or any relatives to help me. there's NOONE as per usual
I don't know how to fix my education/situation. I feel like I'm begginning to lose my sanity. i've seen the doctor but they're no help. PLEASE HELP ME!!

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could tell me if being constipated contributes to overweightness.. my son is overweight, and we've been seeing doctors for 2 years to find out why because food is not a factor.. he just doesn't eat that much, and what he does eat is healthy.. well, they told me that he was constipated very badly ( I didn't think he was because he goes to the bathroom regularly) and that is why he is so overweight.. this doesn't make sense to me.. can being constipated really make you overweight???

I've been reading about the "Lighter life" diet - I'm a little interested, but not sure about it. - there is enough information out there, so I know what it's principles are and how it works, it's not the information I'm after. I've seen the website and loads of comments - everyone's saying it's great and you lose loads of weight on it.

That's all fine - but I'm interested to find out where they're all putting their left over skin???? I can see there are loads of side effects (some nasty ones!!) To lose a stone a month can't be good for you... but I can understand the desperation...

If you've been on the diet, please could you let me know if you had problems with loose skin afterwards??? And, have you kept the weight off for a good year or so???

My son just turned 14 and (over the past 4 or 5 days) has started biting himself in his mouth while he sleeps. He's been waking up with sore cheeks and swollen lips. He says he knows it's biting (and not something else) because he can actually feel bite marks. Does anyone know, could this have something to do with puberty? Or do you think it may just be because of whatever he's dreaming about (he can't remember his dreams...)? Or possible some rare medical condition? Please help!

About 9 months or so ago, i started to have a recurring dream, whereas there is a large Tiger, that seems to be stalking me, i see it, in the street, and am terrified, i run home, and it is in my house, and i flee, petrified, knowing it is out to get me. One dream i had, it was sniffing round my little girl snarling when i arrived home, i awoke with fear. Last night, i had the dream, but this time it was a large Wolf, it chased me, i ran home, and it was in my house when i got there. I awoke with fear, as it pounced me, pinning me down, with its teeth round my throat. What the hell does this mean, why am i having these dreams, does it mean something?

well just not this the report says gram stain postitive for urine culture does it mean he has both urinary infection and typhoid?

Help please.
This is no joke, and I can't actually believe I'm asking this here.
I have researched the stages of depression out of personal interest, and recently read an article in a good magazine about it.
I've been very down and out, for about six years, and from the details and signs, I have a strong belief that I'm suffering from bipolar depression.
How do I get my parents to take this seriously?
They're going through a lot of stress right now, and I don't want to upset them even more.
Is it possible for me to ease my symptoms or cure myself with doing certain things? Like things I enjoy doing, only doing it more often, like painting or writing? Or should I get professional help?
I believe in the latter more right now, since the other one has ceased to help.
I'm not suicidal, truly. But I do feel that dead people are so lucky.
I simply feel hollow, yet bursting with emotion at the same time.
It's difficult to explain.

I'm bipolar and have been off meds for a year now since I found out that I was pregnant. But now I'm noticing a lot of mood swings and some self harm thoughts coming back after being away for a little more than a year and a half. What should I do? My friend has this dark brown colored mole kinda thing around his neck-line (not visible when he wears a shirt but if he unbuttons two of them and moves his shirt towards left, you can see it) ... He says it appeared around 1.5 years ago. It doesn't itch at all but as it's above the skin he's really concerned about it...

One thing more, he tried a couple of times to rub or scratch it which makes it smaller (like the outside area removes) and only a little bit is left on the skin, which after some months again gets bigger and bigger (The biggest it became was of about the fingerprint size).

Is this cancer?? I hope it's not, and please let me know if there's something he could do about it ?? And if he needs to have it checked, who should he consult ? What kind of doctor ??
