I had the same problem when I was your age. The first thing I did after seeing a doctor was to
(1) stop wearing a hat or cap;
(2) Washed my face many times each day with neutrogenia and castile soaps. Rinsed well and patted dry.
(3) Rinsed my face often with arm and hammer baking soda. Then rinsed well with warm, clear water.
(4) Washed my hands frequently and tried to keep my oily hair and sweaty hands off my forehead.
(5) At that time, not eating potato chips, fries, chocolate, etc. was all the rage. Doctors swore that this exacerbated acne. Now, dermatologists say not. They do say that plenty of sleep, 8 hours minimum, a healthy diet, and cleanliness of skin and hair help most but in all one's hormones are out of balance and until that stabilizes one will likely have acne. I'll bet your mom and especially your dad had acne as bad or worse than you. They just don't remember it. Good luck!

Try Quinoderm. It is an over the counter cream that contains benzoyl peroxide. It does bleach clothing and bed sheets, pillow cases etc though.
I used to use it and it is very good. If you have a fringe, (bangs), move it away from your face whenever you can. Cleanse your face with non oily cleansers but gentle ones all the same. Try simple or a non perfumed generic one.
Problem is your skin is producing too much oil and then the pores get blocked and dirt infects them. So you need to keep your hair clean and your face clean by cleansing morning and night. Do not pick at the spots and keep your hands away from your face anyway unless you have washed them well first.
An occasional wipe with alcohol will help too. But only once a day.
I recommend that you put quinoderm on at night. So get your mom to give you old pillow cases and bed sheets so that it doesn't matter if the color is taken out.
Hope this helps.

If the bad acne is just on the forehead take a look at what you are doing to cause it. My son gets it on his forehead where the inside rim of his hat band touches his head. He wears baseball caps alot and he sweats. The sweat gets on the band and causes breakouts.

For acne you can buy Proactive Kit, it works. If you want to try to solve it naturally do this:
Wash your face with baby soap twice a day
Rub a cut lemon on your face twice a day
If you have a pimple, rub some toothpaste on it before bed (the floride drys it out). Do not let anything touch your face (hands, hat etc) do not put lotion or anything on your face that can plug your pores.

Also try to heal from inside out:

Eat good healthy food (slow down on fast food it is full of greese and fat that causes pimples)
Get lots of sleep and relax when you can
Get rid of stress, it causes acne
Take vitamins and minerals regularly (milti and extra C)

Good Luck. I know it is hard, I had it at your age too.

I use to use Oxy 10. Burnt a bit, but cleared my spots up quite quickly. I also used to try to dry my skin out, so used a cheap soap when washing my face (not a moisturising one).
