Use vanilla low fat yogurt instead of milk, and crushed ice.

I make smoothies without milk all the time. You can use fruit juice but I perfer soy milk.

I have one of the blend-n-go type blenders that makes it directly in a mug. I use a cup of frozen fruit (usually a berry blend), a banana (fresh or frozen), then fill it up to the liquid line and blend. Sometimes I add Ovaltine and/or protien powder. My smoothies taste almost as good as Jamba Juice's and a lot cheaper and more convient.

Use a banana as a thickener,

soft fruit for the smoothie itself and use either a little apple or orange juice to help you liquidise

I love banana orange juice and strawberries

soya milk, is a yummy alternative to cows milk. it has more calcium and vitamins and omegas. and it tastes sweeter. Some people hate it, but i think its nice. try it to ur fruit smoothie. you also get it in yoghurt form too.

Alpro Soya or So good Soya. both good.

or there is also, Oat milk, Almond milk and Rice milk. hope this helps

yogurt (if milk product yogurt doesn't work for you there is soy yogurt)

It makes your smoothie creamy and thick without milk or ice cream, which add fat.
