I need to get a prescription for my diet pills...the way I'm working right now, I can't get to the Dr...I've never ordered online before and was just curious if anyone had any bad experiences with it...is the prescription legit as in if I were drug tested at my work is the prescription a legal one as if I had went to a Dr.? I would hate to lose my job over trying to shed some pounds...If anyone has any information, please pass it along...it will be greatly appreciated...thanx!!!

Im not overweight at all but am carrying a little excess weight and I understand that if I want to tone my stomach I have to lose this first, any suggestions Im a keen BMXer which I think will help but also Im thinking of lots of walking? Once Ive done this though are sit-ups the best thing to do and how many should I do and for my arms Im guessing weights are the best thing?

I think I also need help with my diet what sort of things should I be eating?

5 years ago I knew a guy. I met him 10 years ago, but we were sort of acouple sort of NOT a couple. I was too young then. I am 23 right now. Before 5 years ago, we had a somewhat sexual relationship. Not a very verbal close one, but more of an understanding. Well, I recently caught up with him again, and we started seeing each other and eventually slept together again. He kept saying things like "no matter who you marry you will always belong to me" but not in that weird creepy way. I also have two children, and he spent an entire day playing with them. He kept holding my 8 month old son, and later told me he wants children in the future. Now, the way we are, and with him being how vague he is, I am confused. Was that at me, or was he saying he wants children just in general in the future? He says that he "cares" for me all of the time, but won't say the L word. I am in the process of a divorce from a man I did not know well and ended up getting broken bones from. Ideas?

When ever I drink or eat anything with dairy my throat begins to hurt almost immediately and feel like it's tightening, and my stomach starts to hurt, and it takes a bit more effort to breathe. Could this be an allergy, because I've heard that most people who are lactoce intolerant aren't really affected by cheese??

m 28 yrs of age and married for 3mnths m on birth control pills for last 4 months and i feel my weight is increasing a little bit bcoz of that, i m scared if i leave them i will get pregnant and me and my hubby are not planning a family at this point of time can i stop taking pills and trust only condoms ? are they safe ? can only condoms be safe as a contraception method. Also i would like to know if taking pills for a long time say a year or so will be problematic in the long run say will it reduce my chances of getting pregnant when we wish to have a baby.
