this is serious, my penis is coverd in red and blue viens especally when it is hard, im only sixteen and i dont think this is normal, could you please tell me is this normal or not, or should i see a doctor.

You are at the age where you notice, and sometimes magnify every part of your body...I think that you should go ask an itellegent male, or see a doctor, and make sure you're alright, for your own peace of mind...and I am pretty sure this is normal...take care.

The veins are what carry blood. The penis is full of them, & when you have an erection, the penis becomes engorged with blood, giving it the ability to become erect.
You're normal. We all have them.
