swimming is a good excersise for you - walking wont help your arms, jogging or rowing would, as would push ups for arms / sit ups for the stomach

For your stomach, 50 sit-ups 3 times a day, pull ups are good for your arms and stomach. Do alot of crunchies holding weights in your hands. For you arms just do about 10 bench presses every 2 mins about 5 times 3 times daily. Build you body up so that you can do more than that and exceed the weight your lifting. you will see results very soon if you keep with the schedule.

Some council run gyms have toning classes - in my local area the classes are great - not full of skinny people in lycra!

Class costs about £5 for an hour.

Walking is good, so is swimming.

Good luck!
