If you are both negative no you can not getting it through sharing a razor. If you are both negative there would be no virus to pass along.
Sharing a razor though could transmit the virus if one of you were positive. Its very easy to knick yourself with a razor and get blood on the blades. And if not properly rinsed and sanitized after wards could be a potential risk of spreading/contracting the virus.
Razors arent that expensive either why share?????

If Dad has been tested for HIV and he is negative and you are negative aswell, then you cannot pass on the HIV virus to one another because it is not present in the blood or body. HOWEVER, I still believe that each person SHOULD use their own razor or shavors as a precaution and for hygenic purposes too. It will be very unsafe for any person to use people's razors as they could cut themselves and cause the spread of HIV if either person has been infected with the virus. Always be safe because not one of us can know hundred percent if any of our friends or family may have been unfortunate to be infected with the virus. My advise to you is, even though Dad and you are not infected, please make a habit of using your own shaver or razor at all times as it can cut skin and transfer body fluids.
Please take care be safe and best wishes.

until eventually your dad has HIV and once you accidently decrease your self from his shaver, then you definately gets it. however the best advise is do no longer proportion shaver and a few own issues, it somewhat is extra suitable to have your guy or woman shaver.

then no you can not get hiv...however...your not out of the woods yet!
did you know that over 4 million in the U.S. alone have hepatitis c?
not many know they have it. you should never share shaving utensils or toothbrushes with family memebers. some folks don't know how they contracted hcv so chances are it's familial born.
the percentage is around 4%.
hcv is a blood borne disease, meaning if your father has hcv and does not know it, his blood could of been on the shaver. if you nicked yourself there is a chance you could become infected.
good luck

If your dad and yourself are HIV- (for sure), why should you get HIV from sharing a razor with him?

You can get it if there is blood on his razor and you shave with it and cut yourself. My advice is to clean it or simply get your own.
