What you want is IMPOSSIBLE without a strict diet and exercise program. Having visible abs will require a low amount of body fat and a lot of ab exercises. Even if you want to gain weight, what you want requires the loss of body fat and a gain in muscle. If you aren't willing to work our butt off for it in the gym, and begin monitoring your diet, you can forget it.

ohhh im in the same exact situation right now. I just turned 15, Im 5'4, and weight about 100 pounds. Lately ive been really trying to gain weight, and turn those extra pounds to muscle. I started about a month ago, and havent really gained anything. I try to work out every three days for an hour of intense training, but lately I have either been too tired, or too busy doing something else (either homework or video games), and havent worked out in a week. For me, getting inspiration for a work out usually comes from listening to a favorite song that gets me pumped. While doing reps, I just listen to the music and ignore the pain, until the count is over, and sometimes an hour goes by rather quick. My results are awesome, and just seeing myself now compared to the old me kind of keeps me going itself, or when girls always compliment me for my looks, or athleticism in sports. Sure, it sucks at first, but you kinda get used to it, just DONT stop like me.

I HATE IT TOO! im 18, 5'11 and trying to get abs too! i can barely stand situps, the only thing i like is running. i quit every other exercise because i couldn't stand them! getting in shape is about 80% diet &20% exercise. for me, not eating carbs, fat, or sugar & doing sit ups seems to be working. hating exercise is not as bad as you think when trying to get in shape as it secondary to diet. just eat fruits, vegatables, no carbs, fat, sugar except for a weekly treat&do sit ups&maybe another exercise and the abs should come in no time!
