I want to know how to do a simple exercise to remove fat around those areas. What can you suggest as it seems to affect me walking as I have no strength in my legs and there big too, they touch each other. please tell me what exercise to do at home?

I am 15 years old
I weigh 90 kg (about 200 pounds i think)
I am 1.9 m (think thats 6"2)

am i tall/short for my age, am i heavy/light for my age etc.?

also i would like to get a 6 pack thats all, can someone like gimme a routine of excersises that i can do without going to a gym (eg.situps) that will give me a 6 pack before the end of the month, i am prepared to work extremely hard.

My lowers are still open after 7 days of post op care. I have dull pain and swelling in different areas around my lower jaw. My concern about the large holes in my mouth is I'm constantly getting food particles in these holes. I then have to flush them out with a syringe. Can some one tell me when these large holes are suppose to close up or was my oral surgeon suppose to stitch them up.

When I look about town at all the old folks I always think to myself that I hope I don't end up with teeth that don't look like my own. But, apparently I'm wrong. Afterall, almost every American celeb you see on the tv these days seems to have that strange 'not my teeth' look about them. What do you think?

Hell, what does it matter if you look like your Nan as long as they're all too white and perfectly straight!

My dad had colon cancer 4 years ago but was told by the doctors that he was clear of it after they removed 1/3rd of his colon. In the past month, they have discovered that the cancer spread to his lung. The doctors said that it is incredibly unlikely that it would spread from his colon to his lung directly without first infecting something else. He is in desperate need of a pet scan. This procedure will immediately tell the doctors if and where there are any more cancer cells. Unfortunately, my dad is obsese, weighing in at 498 lbs. He has only been able to find hospitals that can accomodate a 450 lb. person on the petscan table. It seems unconstitutional that anyone should be turned away from life-saving medical care because they are obese. I need to help him find a hospital that can accomodate someone of his size.

i just got my second period ever and it suckls, cramps, lower back pains, stomach aches, bleeding everywhere, breaking out, everything!!!!! I need help cause i just started public school and i dont know how im gonna manage when i keep having to go to the bathroom, then about a week ago someone vandalized the girls bathroom and the teachers pointed the finger at me! well, hello??? the reason i keep going to the bathroom is cause i dont wanna like, bleed all over ur f-ing classrooms pplz!!! i cant keep control of it and i tried to use a tampon but my vagina isnt big enough i think, i tried, but it wouldnt work, i got it half way up and couldnt get it any farther and i t hurt and im going through a pack of underwear a day and i feel like **** and i have a date in like 2 days, help me out here peoples, answers from anyone r welcome but plz have compassion and give it your all to answer your best for ten points cause this would be great, how long does it take for your vagina to be bigenoug?

This was my 2nd time having oral sex with a co-worker of mine. He didn't tell me he was sick until the next day and I didn't notice. Four days later the inside of my mouth is gray & scaby.... Yikes! I can't see my doc till Monday. Any clues to what this is?

my period has always been irragular, I only get it like twice a year. I'm 25 and have 2 boys so odvisaly I can have kids. but lattly I have been bleeding VERY lightly almost everyday for the past 3 months or so. it stops for a week or so sometimes but when it dose come back it just stays like that for another month or so. There's no oder or anything and it is very light, and I know I'm not pregant, I took 2 test and they both came out negitive. anyone here ever had this happen to them? Do you know what it is or maybe??

When I was younger, I was prescribed Prozac for depression. At my peak, I was taking about 30-50mg a day. After a few months or so, I started smoking marijuana recreationally. I enjoyed the sensation I got from smoking it.

Eventually, I overcame my depression, and stopped taking Prozac. I only smoked marijuana once more after that, because it affected me differently. It made me obsessively and dangerously paranoid - enough to the point that I would scare myself to tears, and was unable to enjoy my high.

Could it have (coincidentally) been a bad batch?
Was it that the Prozac made it so I could enjoy a high?
Could my sudden abandonment of Prozac have made it so that marijuana affected me differently while my body was still putting all of my natural chemicals back in balance?

Was it something else?

i quit weed for 3 month, and did it maybe 3 times at most after the 3 months. And last week i smoked again. I have to take a drug test tomorrow. PLease take all these into consideration: i used to be a heavy smoker over the summer, but quit for 3 months, i only weight 128, and ive been drinking alot of water, i havent smoked for exactly a week now. Any good advice on how to pass my test.?

one more thing i promise...another thing is that when she feels little things she makes 'em bigger than they really are and is always worrying that the things will get bad. like for example if she gets a little pain she is worrying because she doesn't wanna die at a young age...the answers i have been getting have been really good but for the most part she is not sooooo anxious just sometimes...u guys make it seem like this is 24/7 maybe i just havent explained myself correctly and sry for that. thx everyone for ur help....so pretty mcuh she just needs to calm herself and stop worrying about small things because its normal to feel things once in a while??? just cuz u feel something doesnt mean ur gonna die??

Hi, Last week i had a injection done to a knot in my back which doctor told me was a muscle strain. Now he's sending me to get a Ultrasound done and I read somewhere that you shouldn't have a ultrasound done for 30 days after having a cortisone shot. Now im not sure what he put in my back and im worried if its cortisone. Im going to ask him what it is before i go for the ultrasound but is there anyone in the medical field here that would know what he shot me up with?
