eat 6 meals a day,do workout and give enough rest to your body,sleep 8 hours a day, drink lots of water, eat lots of carbs and proteins,take supplements, stay away from fast foods to gain muscles.
eat 6 meals of fast foods a day, jsut sit on ya chair and watch tv, give extra rest to ya body, sleep 10 hours , drink a lots of Coca Cola, eat pizza, burger, and lots of fast foods from McD to gain fat.
