Have a blood test to have your thyroid checked. If you're hypothyroid you can be cold all the time. Do some reading on the symptoms and see if you have any others.

I have the same problem. I only weigh about 110, and due to my light weight I have poor circulation. Exercise to get your blood flowing, eat good meals and bundle up in sweaters all winter long. That's all I do to solve the problem!

PS: A feather down coat is a wonderful idea.

You may be anemic. Low iron in your blood. Eat rasons or try drinking a class of red wine a couple of times a week with a meal. This is a natural way of helping your blood develope more iron.

Definitely slow circulation. Circulation starts with your heart, check your blood pressure...many things can affect your slow heart rate, get it checked right away before it slows down and stops.
