6"2, 200 pounds? You should be playing football, perfect size and weight...anyways, that should answer your question. Tall, good weight.
As for your other question, everyone has a six-pack already. Fat just covers it up. Your best bet would be a routine of running/sit-ups/push ups. Running is the most essential as it is the best exercise, push ups will work your entire body (in this case, it will tighten your stomach area) and sit ups, well self-explanatory. Do both crunches and full sit ups, as it will work your upper and lower midsection. Bicycle sit ups if you want to work your sides (although at 6"2, 200 pounds you probably don't have love handles). A month, that's an extremely short amount of time exercise wise. But you have the body for it I'm guessing. Hope it works out well.

Edit: with the 200 pounds, it depends if you have muscle mass. You should never judge if you're heavy or not by your weight. Judge by muscle mass, or body fat percentage. If you're 200 pounds and don't have muscle, you're heavy. If you do (i.e. you work out/weight lift) then you're fine.

1st answer: use this calculator to find you BMI:

2nd answer: well the in the least amount of time which is 6 weeks to get a six pack you need to diet while you're working you're abs. eat alot of peanuts, peanut butter, eggs and good proteins and vitamins. If you have a weightlifting bench, lift it up so its on an incline and hold on to the barbell to keep balanced. then do a reverse crunch (by extending your legs then bringing it back to your body) to make it harder lift your self off the bench so your tailbone isnt touching the bench.then do the crunch.

If you dont have a bench then do bicycles on an unstable surface like sand, a bed etc. bicycles work your entire core if you do it right ;)

yes your tall and heavy. but to get to abdominal muscles really good do crunchs and sit-ups. crunchs work on upper abs, sit-ups work on lower. it gave me a 6 pack fast
and im 5'10'' 155-60lbs but you will be sore for some time so take it easy. 15 of each or 10 minutes of both.

if u dont know what a crunch is its a half sit-up biasically
