I have a solo presentation next week for my Advanced General Psychology class, which needs to be at least an hour long. I will be presenting with a Powerpoint presentation, so I will have some guidance. I have a problem with giving any kind of presentations/speeches in front of people, which is not uncommon, I know. I tend to absolutely panic while up there though. I constantly feel as if I'm going to pass out due to fast heartbeats and shallow breathing. Does anyone have any tips to help me overcome this horrible thing?

I have trouble making decisions. It seems that I think way too hard and analyze every detail and still cannot make a sound decision about major things like relationships, changing jobs, etc. I can make everyday decisions just fine, but really struggle with the big ones. My sister-in-law said this is a symptom of depression, but I'm not depressed. What is your opinion?

So what can I do about it. I have a list of pelvic floor exercises, and have tried doing them but when I do, I get symptoms as if I have a bladder infection for about a week, the same if I use one of those internal weight systems. It is awful, and I'm so embarrassed. Does anyone know what might help please?

I was diagnosed witht his 4 yrs ago. I maintained about 133 up until 2 months ago. Now up to 143. They say my levels are fine with taking 112 mg of Synthoid, I'm not eating any different, yet I'm putting on the weight. I am so discouraged. At 5'1", I have gone from a size 2 to a size 6 and am very uncomfortable. What can I do to help deal with this?

I've noticed that there are plenty of organizations that take hair donations to make wigs for cancer patients. I want to know if there are any organizations that do the same for alopecia patients.

An acquaintance of mine had a hysterectomy a few months back and now can no longer identify as female. She(or "it" as she self-identifies)won't use a women's bathroom and will go out of her way to find a unisex one, nor will she wear skirts anymore. She even wants to have her driver's license changed so that there is no gender entry on it. A lot of people find this far-fetched, but she("it")just cannot relate with their viewpoint. Any thoughts on this?

it began yesterday after eating breakfast. i was sitting down reading when i started feeling woozy. the feeling was like there was an earthquake occuring (funny eh?). i thought it would go away after a while but when i started walking around the ground seemed to be moving. Simple changes in position (e.g. turning from one side to the other while lying down, jumping) made me feel woozy. i rested for a few hours and slept, but when i woke up it was still there. then when i woke up today, i felt better, and i had just a moment of dizziness. i still get this weird feeling though when i extend my head (when i look up). can this be a symptom of something or is it nothing to worry about?

I went to the Dr.s and got a prostate exam. But while he was administering it he had both hands on my shoulders, was he using some other tool to do the exam?
And afterward I thanked him for seeing me on such short notice and he said "oh no, thank you". Dose this sound odd to any one else?

In June of this year I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted. I healed fine and did not have any problems. Since then, I've felt a little pain on the right sides of my mouth (where my teeth used to be). My left side has never hurt. It was never too much pain until recently. Now my sockets (if that is what you call them) hurt just as bad as when my wisdom teeth were there. I called my oral surgeon and I'm going to set up an appointment.

Is this kind of thing normal? Even after 5 months?
