it depends on

Current fitness levels
Age
Weight
Fat to body mass
etc etc

every sec of exercises is off benefit

You need to know your starting point and decide on your goal

as a rule- start of at 5 minutes a days and then go to 10 and then 15 and then 20- this will build up stamina, and endurance- rest every other day- do not do to much at start

Tell me that and the I will give you a better answer

It depends on your general level of fitness, but if you're a beginner you need to start slowly and build up gradually. Slight breathlessness is good as it indicates an effective cardio-vascular workout. Just don't try to do too much too soon - if you're not sure how much exercise you should be taking, ask your GP for advice.

at least 20 minutes, 3 times a week. start of slow and build up so as not to injure yourself. you need to work hard enough to make u breath heavy and sweat but not too hard so that u cannot talk.

To burn calories you need to raise your heart beat, you need to know what your resting beat is then calculate how much you need to raise it to get into fat burning mode
