I HATE wearing underwear but its not like I go out wearing short skirts and not showeing everyday its confining to me. But people who find out that I don't wear underwear 97% of the time call me disgusting and nasty and I'm not a disgusting and nasty person. I am supposed to get my period this coming Sunday. But I woke up this morning with spotting. In the 10 years that I have been on the pill, this is only my second time spotting. Do you think this is normal for me to be getting this right now? Is there anything you think it could be?

My boyfriend and I talk a lot about marriage. The engagement ring was hideous but I am less concerned about that and more concerned with what it means to have my father propose to me. First off NO I'm not pregnant! I've been this way for a long time. I remember in high school coming home school and eating two or three bowls of cereal before dinner just because, I wasn't hungry or anything. I just want to make sure there is nothing wrong and possibly find a way to stop this. I'm average weight, but with obesity in my family as well as diabetes I don't want to end up with either.

I get about 6 hours of sleep every night, but even when I get more it makes no difference - I am sleepy and sit falling asleep at my desk all the next morning. On weekends, I eat breakfast and then I crawl back in bed. I'm just so sleepy! After noon or so, on any day, I'll be mostly okay after lunch. However, I still yawn all afterneon. While I'm drifting off to sleep at my desk in the mornings, I know I'm beginning to dream, because I'll have dreamlike thoughts that make no sense, and as soon as I pull myself back to wakefullness I'll realize it was a dream. I can practically do it with my eyes open. I've been to the doctor about it, and she gave me Ambien, to help me get better sleep at night. It does work, but I'm wondering if Ambien keeps working for 12 hours. Has anyone ever experienced this, and what did you do for it?

Last year, I was forced to seek professional help and all they did was shove medicine down my throat (which actually COMPOUNDED my problems) and demand $20 per bullsh!t session. I have just started uni and what with me having left home (and the joy that was home cooked meals) my diet has really changed. I practically now live off pizza, chips and other fried foods. The problem is though i am finding it really hard to go to the toilet whereas this was not a problem before. (i mean a number 2 just incase) Any ideas as to what foods i should try including in my diet or anything? Thankyou!

Had pain in my wrist for the past 8 weeks, thought it might solve itself since things usually do but it hasn't. I have no swelling or bruising but its painful to turn my wrist around, hold heavy items when my hand is out flat and bend my hand back towards my arm even slightly. It hurts on the side opposite to my thumb just under the bone that sticks out. I can also feel pain up that side of my arm sometimes (think it's the side of the ulna) Any ideas what's going on? I play a lot of hockey and I've got some big tournaments coming so any suggestions would be gratefully received! Thanks!
