Every six weeks or so I get a "blemish" at the corner of my mouth or right where my lips meet the skin. They start off as small painful dots, but I can't tell if they're zits or cold sores. If I put anti-acne medication on it overnight, it will form a big white head by morning. I guess it dries out and "pulls" to the surface. Gross.

Should I treat these as acne or as coldsores?

And if it's acne, what can I do to stop getting them?

Last week I started doing spinning and pilates (a package offered by the gym) but I can't do the entire routine, when the others are doing all the other positions, I can't do them for more than 1 minute and the trainer normally wants us to do them for 2 or 3 minutes, and it's the same with the pilates. Yesterday new people joined the class and even though they're beginners they resist more than me! I had never done any excercise before and it's hard for me (not that I'm quitting, I'm totally convinced I want to do it and I will do it) while all other people seem to do it soooo naturally. Am I not meant to excercise this body I was given?

To people with bipolar disorder.... have you found that your symptoms seem to be more present and extreme while you were in a relationship with a girl / guy...especially if the relationship was quite serious and you really loved and cared about the other person?

Stage 1 breast cancer. But if chemo causes nausea, poss. vomiting, how can you gain weight, except that I understand you don't have much energy either, therefore, not working out.

shows clips of them from the chest down. Seriously, how would you feel if you sat down to watch the news and there is your rump on TV?? Do they have to get permission from those people, or do they just pick them and film them?

it will only count towards one of our portions of fruit and veg a day? Why is this? I would have thought that if I make a smoothie comprised of 5 portions of different fruit, that this is still going to be 5 portions of fruit, regardless of whether its been blitzed or not! (not that I could drink a smoothie that big!!!) So, is the latter true? And if so, why?

My girlfriend had surgery done a year ago due to a cyst on her left ovary.
She's having the same symptoms with pain and everything. She went to the doctor and found it again. Is there a way to prevent them?

to the opposite sex. to be unnattractive to girls. fills me with abject terror. im a 29 year old male. i look at girls on the net or outside and nearly want to cry because i think i could never get anyone like her, im not worthy of her...my self worth is dibilitating to. its horrible feeling to feel attracted to a girl, and no they wont like you, or reject you, or you couldnt be capable of getting her. ive been single most of my life. ilook at some girls and think most of them probally require high expectations or to even have a guy with confidence at least, any other guy see wat i mean?

I used to be able to buy it (still could in Europe) but now it comes in teabags mixed with other products, such as mint (crazy! linden calms you and mint excites you!)
I have been to all the major health food chains in Quebec and they say it can no longer be found. Can anyone give me a tip on how to get some, even by mail order?
Thank you
